The Veterinary Business Foundation™ Service Agreement is the engagement document signed by each client. It states the services actually selected, the fees, the payment schedule and the implementation period for that specific engagement.
Because those details are specific to each client, the agreement is issued and signed directly during onboarding rather than published here. The Standard Terms and Conditions and the applicable service-specific terms are incorporated into it, and where a conflict exists regarding selected services, fees or implementation period, the signed Service Agreement controls.
A copy of the current Service Agreement is provided before signature and remains available in the secure client portal for the duration of the engagement.
