Digital Access Terms

The license, permitted use, access conditions and AI-resource limits that govern the digital components of the Veterinary Business Launch Bundle.

JY Services & More Inc. d/b/a Menendez Vet Financial Group

These Digital Access Terms govern the digital components of the Veterinary Business Launch Bundle supplied by JY Services & More Inc., d/b/a Menendez Vet Financial Group (the "Firm"). They supplement, and do not replace, the Standard Terms and Conditions, which continue to apply in full — including Section 11 (Intellectual Property) and Section 27 (Veterinary Business Launch Bundle Purchases).

Purchasing the Bundle is a purchase of educational materials. It does not create a tax professional-client, accounting-client, advisory, business-formation, payroll or other professional service relationship with the Firm; that requires a separate engagement, onboarding and acceptance by the Firm.

1. License

Digital resources are licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and payment in full, the Firm grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the digital resources for the purchaser's own personal and internal business educational use.

No other rights are granted. Purchase does not transfer ownership of any content or intellectual property.

2. Single-User Access

Unless the purchase expressly states otherwise in writing, access is for the individual purchaser only. The purchaser is responsible for keeping access credentials confidential and for any use made through them.

  • No sharing of logins, access links, download links or credentials.
  • No sharing or transfer of an account to another person or business.
  • No public distribution or posting of materials.
  • No commercial redistribution or resale.
  • No uploading of proprietary materials to public or shared repositories, drives, forums, file-sharing services or AI training datasets.
  • No republishing of resources, in whole or in substantial part.
  • No unauthorized copying beyond what is reasonably needed for the purchaser's own use.

3. Covered Digital Resources

These terms apply to every digital item made available with a Bundle purchase, which may include downloadable guides, worksheets, checklists, educational videos, digital booklets, calculators, expense-mapping tools, prompts, GPT or other AI-assisted resources, templates, frameworks, diagrams and supplemental resources.

This list describes the categories these terms cover. It is not a statement that any specific item is included in any specific purchase; what is included is what the purchase page states for that offer.

4. Intellectual Property

The Firm retains all right, title and interest in its content, branding, names and marks, frameworks, methodologies, educational structures, materials and resources, including everything made available under these terms. The intellectual-property provisions of the Standard Terms and Conditions apply in addition to this section, and nothing here limits them. The Intellectual Property and Copyright Terms describe ownership, permitted use and prohibited use in further detail and should be read together with this section.

5. Prohibited Uses

Without the Firm's prior written permission, the purchaser may not:

  • Copy or reproduce materials beyond permitted personal use.
  • Redistribute, share, resell, license or sublicense materials.
  • Publish or post materials publicly, in whole or in substantial part.
  • Modify or adapt materials for commercial distribution.
  • Create competing educational products, courses, programs or services derived substantially from the Firm's materials.
  • Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark, attribution or proprietary notice.
  • Use automated means to scrape, extract or bulk-download materials.

6. Access Period

The period of access to each digital resource is the period stated on the purchase page or in your order confirmation for that offer, and that written statement controls.

Access remains subject to these terms throughout that period and may be suspended or terminated under Section 11.

7. Technical Requirements

The purchaser is responsible for having what is needed to access digital materials: a compatible device, a working internet connection, a current browser, an email address able to receive our messages, and any third-party software required to open standard file formats such as PDF, spreadsheet or video files. The Firm is not responsible for a device, network, browser, spam filter, firewall or workplace restriction that prevents access.

8. Access Problems

If a link does not work, credentials are not received, or a resource cannot be opened, contact info@menendezvetfinance.com with the order email address and a description of the problem. We will verify the purchase and work to restore access, including reissuing links or credentials. Please check spam and promotions folders first, since delivery emails are frequently filtered.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Some supplemental resources are delivered through, or depend on, third-party platforms and technologies that the Firm does not control. Their availability, functionality, pricing, account requirements and policies may change, and access may require the purchaser to accept that provider's own terms. Where a third-party platform changes or becomes unavailable, the Firm may substitute a reasonably equivalent resource under Section 10.

10. AI, GPT and Automated Resources

Some resources use AI, GPTs, prompts, calculators or other automated tools. These are educational aids and behave probabilistically.

  • Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate for a particular situation.
  • Results are educational only.
  • Outputs are not individualized tax, legal, accounting, financial, payroll or business advice, and must not be treated as such.
  • Users must independently verify any figure, classification, citation or suggested treatment.
  • Professional review is often necessary before implementing anything an automated resource suggests.

The Educational and Tax Disclaimer applies in full to these resources, as do the no-guarantee and limitation-of-liability provisions of the Standard Terms and Conditions.

11. Updates, Modifications, Suspension and Termination

The Firm may update, replace, improve, reorganize or discontinue individual supplemental digital resources where reasonably necessary, including for accuracy, licensing, security or platform reasons. The Firm will not use this section to deprive a purchaser of the core materials purchased; where a supplemental resource is discontinued, a reasonably equivalent replacement will be provided where practicable.

The Firm may restrict, suspend or terminate access for fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing of credentials or materials, resale or redistribution, attempts to circumvent access controls or security measures, or any material breach of these terms — in addition to any other remedy available to the Firm.

12. Refunds

These terms do not create a separate refund policy. Refunds and returns for the Veterinary Business Launch Bundle, including digital resources, are governed by the Refund and Return Policy.

13. Educational Disclaimer

All digital resources are educational. The Educational and Tax Disclaimer applies to them in full and should be read together with these terms.

14. Relationship to Other Terms

These Digital Access Terms are incorporated into the Standard Terms and Conditions. Where a genuine conflict exists regarding digital resources, these terms control as to that matter; in all other respects the Standard Terms and Conditions apply. Governing law, jurisdiction, limitation of liability and notice provisions are those stated in the Standard Terms and Conditions.

Effective and last updated: August 25, 2026.

Questions about these terms, or any formal notice, can be sent to info@menendeztaxes.com.
