Privacy Policy

What information this website and the Veterinary Business Launch Bundle funnel collect, how it is used, who it is shared with, and how to make a privacy request.

JY Services & More Inc. d/b/a Menendez Vet Financial Group

This Privacy Policy explains how JY Services & More Inc., d/b/a Menendez Vet Financial Group (the "Firm," "we," "us") handles information collected through this website, our contact and resource forms, the Veterinary Business Launch Bundle purchase and checkout process, delivery of digital resources, and related customer communications.

It applies to visitors and to purchasers of educational products. Information that clients provide inside a professional engagement is additionally governed by the confidentiality provisions of the Standard Terms and Conditions and the applicable service agreement, which are not modified by this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to answer inquiries, deliver what was requested, and operate the website. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Information you submit through forms: name, business name, email address, phone number and state, together with the resource or inquiry you selected.
  • Order and transaction information for a Veterinary Business Launch Bundle purchase: the items ordered, order and receipt records, the billing name and address provided to the payment processor, and the shipping address for physical materials.
  • Digital-access information: the email address associated with your access, delivery and access records, and records of resources sent or re-sent to you.
  • Communications: messages, emails and support requests you send us, and our replies.
  • Website activity: pages viewed, the referring page or source, and a general device-size category (mobile, tablet, desktop), collected in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.
  • Technical information handled by our hosting and security infrastructure in the ordinary course of serving the site, including IP address and browser or device information contained in standard request logs.
  • Search and aggregate performance data reported to us by search engines about how our pages appear in search results. This is reported in aggregate and does not identify individual visitors.

We do not ask for, and you should not send through website forms, Social Security numbers, tax documents, bank statements or other sensitive records. Documents for a professional engagement are exchanged only through our secure client portal after onboarding.

2. Payment Information

Payments for the Veterinary Business Launch Bundle are processed by a third-party payment processor. Card details are submitted directly to that processor and are handled under its own security standards and privacy practices.

We do not store complete credit or debit card numbers, card security codes, or full bank account credentials on our systems. We receive from the processor only what we need to recognize and support your order, such as the order reference, the amount, the transaction status and limited identifying details such as the last digits of the card or the billing name.

3. How Information Is Used

We use the information described above to:

  • Process purchases, confirm orders, and take payment through our processor.
  • Fulfill and ship physical materials, and deliver digital resources and access credentials.
  • Send transactional messages about an order, a download, an access issue or a scheduled meeting.
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • Operate, administer, secure and troubleshoot the website.
  • Detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and misuse of digital resources.
  • Understand aggregate website activity so we can improve pages, products and educational resources.
  • Send educational or marketing communications where you have asked for them or where otherwise permitted, always with a way to opt out.
  • Meet our legal, tax, accounting and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Service Providers

We share information with service providers only to the extent necessary for them to perform work on our behalf, and they are expected to protect it and to use it only for that work. Categories of providers include payment processing, website hosting and infrastructure, database and email delivery services, customer relationship and marketing email platforms, shipping and fulfillment, analytics and search reporting, scheduling, and general technology providers.

We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process or a governmental request, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Firm, our clients or others. If our business is transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function, such as maintaining a signed-in session on private areas of the site, and stores limited information in your browser so that a resource you have already unlocked does not ask for your details again.

We also collect aggregate page-view activity as described in Section 1 in order to understand which pages are used. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies; doing so may affect parts of the site that depend on them. Where a browser sends a Global Privacy Control or similar signal, we honor it as an opt-out request for the categories to which it applies.

6. Communications and Marketing Preferences

This section describes how we use contact information for communications. The actual marketing consent for promotional communications is collected separately at the point where the individual's contact information is obtained. Nothing in this Privacy Policy or in the Terms & Conditions is intended to serve as that consent.

  • Transactional and Service Communications. We may use contact information provided by an individual to respond to inquiries, administer requested appointments, provide confirmations and reminders, deliver purchased products or digital resources, provide customer support, communicate regarding an existing professional engagement, and send other communications reasonably related to a transaction, requested interaction, or service. These communications are separate from promotional marketing communications.
  • Promotional Email Communications. We may send educational, promotional, or marketing emails to individuals who have subscribed, opted in, or where otherwise permitted under applicable law. Recipients may unsubscribe from promotional email communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the message or by contacting us. Opting out of promotional emails does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional, appointment, order, account, or service-related communications.
  • Promotional SMS / Text Communications. We may send promotional or marketing SMS/text messages only when the recipient has provided the applicable consent. SMS marketing consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing a product, booking a consultation, or entering into a professional-service engagement. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Recipients may withdraw SMS marketing consent at any time, including by replying STOP where supported or through another provided opt-out method. Accepting this Privacy Policy, accepting the Terms & Conditions, purchasing a Veterinary Business Launch Bundle, submitting an intake form, booking a Strategy Call, or becoming a professional-services client does not, by itself, constitute consent to promotional SMS marketing.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including transport encryption for the website, access controls and role restrictions on internal administrative tools, and limiting access to those who need it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive documents by ordinary email.

8. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected: to deliver what you requested, to support your order or access, to maintain business, tax and accounting records, to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and to meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or reduce it to aggregate form.

Retention periods for professional-engagement records are governed by the applicable engagement and by professional and legal recordkeeping requirements.

9. Third-Party Links

The website links to third-party sites and tools, including scheduling, payment and resource platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.

10. Children's Privacy

This website and our products are intended for adult veterinary and business professionals. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

11. California Privacy Disclosures

This section provides privacy disclosures for California residents. It describes our practices as a matter of policy; it is not a representation that any particular California statute applies to the Firm, since some statutory rights apply only to businesses that meet revenue, volume or other thresholds.

General online-privacy disclosures: the categories of information we collect, the sources, the business purposes and the categories of recipients are described in Sections 1 through 4 of this policy. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor browser privacy signals as described in Section 5.

Regardless of statutory applicability, and to the extent permitted by our legal and professional recordkeeping obligations, we will honor requests from California residents to know what personal information we hold about them, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of marketing — and we will not discriminate against anyone for making such a request. Requests are submitted as described in Section 12, and we verify the identity of the requester before acting.

12. Privacy Choices and Requests

To access the information we hold about you, correct it, request deletion where applicable, change your marketing preferences, or ask any other privacy question, contact us at info@menendezvetfinance.com or 904-877-1700. Include enough detail for us to locate your records, and we will verify your identity before responding.

We may need to retain certain information after a deletion request where a law, a tax or accounting obligation, an active engagement, or the defense of a legal claim requires it. If so, we will tell you what we are keeping and why.

13. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy as the website, our products or our practices change. The current version is always posted on this page, and material changes will be reflected in the effective date below.

Effective and last updated: August 25, 2026.

Questions about these terms, or any formal notice, can be sent to info@menendeztaxes.com.
